At ETAApplyUK.com (operated under GlideVisa by sole proprietor Badal Jaglan), we are committed to delivering a smooth and reliable service for your UK ETA application. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted. Please read it carefully before submitting your application.

1. Service-Based Fees

Our service fee covers application processing, document review, and support for your UK ETA submission. This fee is charged for the work involved in managing your request and is non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the UK Government.

2. Government Fees

The official UK Government ETA fee (£16 / approx. $21 USD) is always non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your application. This amount goes directly to the UK Home Office.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited cases:

• If you were charged twice for the same UK ETA application.

• If your application was not processed due to an error on our side before submission.

• If you cancel your request before we begin processing your ETA application.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The application has already been submitted to the UK Government.

• A visa refusal is made by the authorities (we are not responsible for approval decisions).

• Incorrect information was provided by the applicant.

• Delays occur due to government systems, immigration policies, or external factors outside our control.

5. Cancellation Requests

To cancel an application, you must contact us immediately at support@etaapplyuk.com. If the cancellation request is received before processing starts, we will issue a refund of the service fee (excluding government charges).

6. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
